A conversation with Darla Contois
Darla Contois, Cree-Saulteaux actor and writer from Misipawistik Cree Nation in Manitoba, is an award-winning artist working in performance, storytelling and facilitation.
She has been a theatre professional for over 15 years and has been recognized as an award winning performer and published playwright.
She has most recently marked her breakout role into film and television playing the lead role of Esther Rosenblum in Crave’s original Canadian drama LITTLE BIRD.

In this conversation led by theatre artist and Kiyanaan Social media maven Erica Wilson, Darla will talk about her career path to now, her work in theatre, and the bridge to her work in film and television.
